Some OBDSTAR G3 Full Version users may find that certain brands or functions are not displayed as expected. Here are the explanations for the reported issues.
Q1: BMW Is Not Available in ODO Meter
A1: The ODO Meter function on OBDSTAR G3 does not currently support BMW mileage correction. Therefore, BMW will not appear in the vehicle selection list.
Q2: ECM Reset Only Shows Volvo
A2: This is normal. The current ECM Reset function supports Volvo only, so no other brands will be displayed.
Q3: ECU Clone Only Shows Fiat
A3: For ECU Clone, please do not enter through ECU Advanced Function.
Go to [ECU Flasher] → [ECU Clone]
The available ECU cloning functions and supported brands should be checked from the ECU Flasher menu.
Q4: Upgrade Page Is Empty
A4: If the software has already been downloaded and installed, the Upgrade page may appear empty because there are no new packages available.
You can click VCI to clear the cache, then log in again to download the software.
This can refresh the available software information.
